Instructions
First of all, mix all the Atop Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Jaggery, Cardamom with some amount of water.
Keep in mind that, it does not become thin.
After that, heat some oil in another pane and leave one tablespoon of mixed item on the oil and fry it.
If it becomes a light brown, then flip it up and keep frying until it becomes brown again.
